File Compressor

Compress multiple files into a ZIP, 7Z, or TAR-family archive, or compress a single file to GZ, BZ2, or XZ. Any file type can be uploaded.

When to Use

Use to bundle multiple files into a single archive for sharing or storage - handy for email attachments and submissions.

What to Input?

Select the files to compress (up to 20MB each) and choose the format (ZIP, 7Z, TAR, TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2, TAR.XZ, GZ, BZ2, XZ). Pro plans can adjust the compression level (fast/normal/maximum).

Usage Example

e.g. Bundle ten photos and three documents into one ZIP, or shrink a backup with 7Z maximum compression.

Warnings

Proprietary formats such as RAR and ALZ cannot be generated server-side. GZ, BZ2, and XZ are single-file only; ZIP offers the best general compatibility.

File security & processing limits

Uploaded files are used only for the requested processing and unnecessary external exposure is restricted.
Temporary processing files are cleaned up automatically after each job; workspace files are managed by you.
Member storage is isolated per user and kept separate from other users.

The Free plan handles files up to 25MB, 30 jobs a day and 900 a month. Pro (beta) supports files up to 500MB and large-file background processing.
