When to Use
Use when you need to reduce PDF file size for email attachments or cloud uploads.
What to Input?
Select the PDF file to compress and adjust the compression level (0-9). 0 is minimum compression (high quality), 9 is maximum compression (low quality).
Usage Example
Example: A 50MB PDF file can be compressed to approximately 20-30MB with compression level 6.
Warnings
Higher compression levels reduce file size but may degrade quality. Use lower compression levels for important documents.
File security & processing limits
- Uploaded files are used only for the requested processing and unnecessary external exposure is restricted.
- Temporary processing files are cleaned up automatically after each job; workspace files are managed by you.
- Member storage is isolated per user and kept separate from other users.
The Free plan handles files up to 25MB, 30 jobs a day and 900 a month. Pro (beta) supports files up to 500MB and large-file background processing.
